Registration of membership subscription or purchase of courses, classes, products and events

When you purchase a product from Wisdom From North, you agree to have your name and email registered in Campaign Monitor, so that Wisdom From North is able to send you emails with notifications and updates.

According to Norwegian law, in order to purchase a product, you need to register your address. We do this to create a correct pdf invoice in accordance with the form requirements for the accounting requirement for invoices in Norway. Your address is therefore registered in our system. This information will not be shared elsewhere.

The additional questions we ask is to verify that you are the legitimate owner of your visa card/credit card/MasterCard. 

The same applies to the purchase of tickets to events, both physical events, and online events as well as other products or services we may offer.

When you log in to platform.wisdomfromnorth.com, a cookie is stored in your browser. This is so that you can have access to courses and membership while you are logged in. This cookie is individually linked to you and some of your activities will be tracked.

Credit card information is not stored on Wisdom From North’s server. All purchases are made through Stripe Payments. https://stripe.com/

Our Cancelling and Refund Policy 

Monthly Membership Subscription  

With our Monthly membership subscription, you can opt out of the automatic renewal. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged the following month. You need to cancel before the next renewal date in order not to be charged for another month. If you want to cancel your monthly subscription, you do so yourself under “My Profile” inside The Membership Portal. Any questions in regards to your membership subscription must be sent to this address: team@wfn.no

No refunds are given for a monthly membership subscription as you shall be immediately granted instant access to the membership content and we cannot reverse this access. We clearly lay out what you will be getting from the membership on the sales page before purchase, this will give you a full understanding of what to expect within The Membership. If you have any queries regarding The Membership, you can contact team@wfn.no prior to purchase.

Trials

If you entered the membership through a trial period, and you do not wish to continue the membership subscription after the trial has ended, you need to cancel the subscription yourself in “My Profile” inside The Membership Portal before the trial ends. When the trial has ended, your card will automatically be charged the full monthly fee if you haven’t cancelled. You are then active as a monthly subscriber in The Membership until you wish to cancel. No refunds are given for a monthly membership subscription. 

6 months Subscription  

As a 6-month subscription member, you may cancel your membership and request a refund (except Stripe fee) within your first 14 days of joining The Membership for the first time on a 6 month subscription, this is our money-back guarantee on this subscription.  

This means that if you wish to cancel within 14 days after you purchased the 6-months subscription, you must either use the cancelation form (for English-speaking) / angreskjema (for Norwegians) or send us an email to this address: team@wfn.no. No other email address will be accepted. We will happily refund your money, except for the admin (stripe) fee. Any promised bonuses will not be delivered to you if you cancel the membership subscription within 14 days. 

Your 6-months subscription will automatically renew after 6 months. If you wish to cancel the next renewal, you must do so before the renewal date from “My Profile” inside The Membership Portal. You will receive two email notifications before your renewal. 

The refund policy for renewal is 14 days after the renewal date which means you can ask for a refund 14 days after the renewal date ex Stripe Fee.  You must send an email to this very address: team@wfn.no and let us know if you want to cancel and claim a refund within 14 days of renewal. 

Annual Membership Subscription  

As a new annual member, you may cancel your annual membership and request a refund (except Stripe fee) within your first 14 days of joining The Membership for the first time on an annual membership only, this is our money-back guarantee on annual subscription.  

This means that if you wish to cancel within 14 days after you purchased the annual membership subscription, you must either use the cancelation form (for English speaking) / angreskjema (for Norwegians) or send us an email to this address: team@wfn.no. No other email address will be accepted. We will happily refund your money, except for the admin (stripe) fee. Any promised bonuses will not be delivered to you if you cancel the annual membership subscription within the 14 days.

Online courses

For online courses with a specific start date (the date for which the course officially starts), there is a 14 days cancellation policy from the day of purchase. If you wish to cancel within the first 14 days of your purchase of the course, you must use the cancelation form (for English speaking) / angreskjema (for Norwegians)or send us an email to this very address: team@wfn.no and let us know that you want to cancel and request a refund. No other email address will be accepted. We will happily refund your order, (except for the stripe fee), as long as you let us know within 14 days from the day of your purchase by sending an email to team@wfn.no

Please note that by canceling, you will immediately lose all access to the course content and the specified Facebook group.

“Evergreen” online courses

For online courses where you get immediate access to all the content, what we call “evergreen” online courses,  there is a 14 days cancellation policy from the day of purchase. If you wish to cancel within the first 14 days of your purchase of the course, you must use the cancelation form (for English speaking) / angreskjema (for Norwegians)or send us an email to this very address: team@wfn.no and let us know that you want to cancel and request a refund. No other email address will be accepted. We will happily refund your order, (except for the Stripe fee), as long as you let us know within 14 days from the day of your purchase by sending an email to team@wfn.no

Please note that by canceling, you will immediately lose all access to the course content and the specified Facebook group.

Other digital products

There is no refund policy for a purchase of an individual class, individual masterclasses or Meditation bundle as you get immediate access to the content after purchase. When accepting these Terms and conditions upon purchasing, you accept that there is no refund policy for these products.

We describe what you will get from a particular product on the sales page before buying, and this will give you a full understanding of what you can expect. If you have questions regarding the product, you can contact team@wfn.no before you purchase.

Access to our products and services 

Access to The Membership Portal

You get immediate access to The Membership upon purchase.

You have access to the content inside The Membership Portal as long as you are a paying subscriber. You will lose your access to The Membership Portal and all the content when you cancel your subscription.  

Online Courses, classes and other Wisdom From North Products

For some courses, you get access to one module per week from the start of the course. Other courses as well as the meditation bundle you get immediate access upon purchase.

If you have made a purchase for an online course, an online class, webinar, the meditation bundle, or other services and products we offer you have access for one year.

You have access for the dedicated time of your purchased product as long as the services and products are available and offered through Wisdom From North AS. This means if we decide to take the website down or close some or all of our services for whatever reason, you have no claim for the product/s or service/s anymore.

If you have purchased an online course, class, webinar, meditation bundle or other services we offer through part payments, you will lose access if all payments are not completed. If all payments are completed, you will have the same access as customers who have paid in full. 

Use of meditations in the meditation bundle

You are free to download the meditations included in the meditation bundle and use them for personal use. The meditations in The membership are not downloadable.

It is strictly prohibited to use these meditations for commercial use. This is for personal use only.

E-mails sent from us from this website

We will from time to time send you e-mails from this website. This applies, for example, to emails with information that your course access is about to expire.

When buying our products or services, you can also choose to tick off that you want to receive other information from platform.wisdomfromnorth.com, including offers and discounts.
